不公正貿易慣行
不公正貿易慣行 （unfair trade practices） とは、記事の中で述べられています様に世界貿易機関 （World Trade Organization ＝ WTO ） のルール等に違反して不当な関税を輸入品に適用することをいいます。
"Govt: China auto parts tariff unfair"
Japan has identified a high Chinese tariff on auto parts as well as the U.S. method of calculating
foreign exporters' dumping margins, known as "zeroing," as being among nine major
unfair trade practices, the trade ministry said Thursday.
The other practices that the Economy, Trade and Industry Ministry believes to be unfair included an insufficient
Chinese crackdown on counterfeit and pirated items, and the European Union's high tariffs on some Japanese information
technology products.
In its annual report, the ministry provided the latest information on 113 cases of trade practices by other countries
deemed problematic in light of World Trade Organization rules and other global standards.
